Do I have to pay to return goods? (Handling charges)
If you decide you do not want to keep any of the items you have ordered and they are not exempt from our returns policy, they must be returned to us in good condition, within 14 days.

Using our courier service where available will save you the expense of returning an item. We will match the direct cost of returning the goods against the delivery charges, so there is no additional charge to you.

Items must be returned complete, unused, and in their original packaging wherever possible, with the correct documents. We reserve the right to return to you any item unsuitable for refund or exchange.

If you return items to us after the expiry of the 14 day Approval Period, unless they are faulty or do not comply with the contract, we will not refund your account. We will return your items to you at your expense. If you send the item back to us again, or refuse to accept delivery, this will be deemed as irreversible authority for us to dispose of your goods without further notice. Disposal will not constitute any admission on our part that we have failed in any way to honour our obligations to you in full and will not constitute any unlawful action against the goods. Acceptance of a return by your courier is not deemed to be acceptance by the company. This does not affect your statutory rights.

How do I return an item safely?
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you may return items within 14 days of receiving them. Simply choose how you want to return your items and follow the guidelines below.

Returns via the Post Office
You can now return items via the Post Office. Please click here for more details.

Returns via courier*
Our friendly personal couriers are happy to collect your items, simply follow the simple steps below to arrange a return:

1.Please tick the item(s) that you wish to return on the Returns Form found on your delivery note.

2. Put the item(s) in their original packaging wherever possible. Ensure items are packed securely to prevent loss or damage in transit.

3. Enter the Reason Return Code onto the sticky label found on the item(s). A list of Reason Return Codes can be found on the Return Reason area on the delivery note. Write the Reason Return Code (e.g. 56) in the yellow boxes provided. Repeat this step for each item you are returning.

4. Peel off the returns label and safely attach this to the original packaging you are returning the item(s) in. The returns label can be found on the delivery note. Please retain the 'confirmation of return' label for your records. If you have lost your delivery note you can access your order history by using the 'My Account' facility online. Remember to include your account number, invoice and item code number on every parcel you are returning, along with the item(s) and reason for return.

5. Arrange a courier collection by visiting My Account online and completing the simple booking form. Please ensure all returns are collected from a secure location.

6. When the courier comes to collect your parcel, you will receive a card with a bar code - THIS IS YOUR RECEIPT. Any missing parcel claims will not be valid if you do not have this receipt. If you do not receive a card quoting a bar code, please contact the Customer Services Team immediately.

Can I have an order delivered to a different address than my home?
For security purposes all new customers must have their first order delivered to their home address. Subsequent orders can then be delivered to an alternative address of your choice. Alternative addresses can be entered during the checkout process or can be set up and saved online via My Account (up to one additional address can be saved).
Can I change my delivery address after I have placed my order?
Orders are submitted directly to our warehouse so we are unable to change any of the information you have supplied. If there is no-one available to sign for your delivery a card will be left by the courier inviting you to re-arrange delivery.

If you need to update your details at any time, these can be changed via the Personal Details section within My Account.
Can I specify a safe place for the courier to leave my parcel if I'm not at home?
If you are not available to sign for your delivery you can specify a 'secure place' for our couriers to leave your goods, for example an unlocked garage or porch. You can specify this location at checkout.

Swimwear365 cannot be held responsible for any items that go missing in these instances.
Do you deliver to BFPO addresses?
We deliver to BFPO addresses, subject to validation of the address. This will be confirmed when you place your order with us.
Do you deliver to Ireland?
Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to addresses in the Republic of Ireland. We do deliver to addresses with a UK postcode including Northern Ireland.
Do you offer Next Day delivery?
Yes, you can have many items delivered to you the next day, with your choice of before or after 1pm delivery (AM or PM) for a £5.99 delivery charge.

Orders should be placed before 7pm to guarantee Next Day delivery, but we would encourage you to order as early as possible to take advantage of this popular service. Orders placed between 7pm on Friday and 1.30pm on Sunday will be delivered on Monday (as long as it’s not a Bank Holiday). Multiple delivery addresses will be charged at £5.99 per address. To avoid disappointment please check delivery information for each individual product at the point of purchase for specific details.

How much is delivery?
Standard delivery is charged at £3.99 and will usually take between 2 and 5 working days.

Next Day delivery (where applicable) is charged at £5.99.

Stated Day delivery (where applicable) is charged at £5.99.
How soon will my goods be delivered?
Standard delivery (£3.99) will usually take between 2 and 5 working days, you will be notified of the estimated arrival date of your order at checkout. Please Note delivery times may take longer than stated if you live in remote areas of the UK mainland or at an offshore address.

We aim to deliver goods on the day we specify, we cannot guarantee delivery on that day or accept liability for deliveries made outside of this time-scale. We cannot accept any liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.

Please note that estimated delivery times are quoted for each item prior to adding to bag.

What if I am out when my goods are delivered?
If you are not available to sign for your delivery and a secure place has been identified on your delivery instructions then your parcel will be left in this location and the courier will leave a card with relevant instructions.

If no secure place has been identified the courier will leave a card inviting you to re-arrange a suitable time for delivery.
What should I do if there are missing items in my delivery by courier?
Please allow 10 days from despatch before you query non-receipt of an item/parcel. In the unlikely event that you do not receive a item/parcel, you must query this within 90 days from the order being despatched. Otherwise the claim will be invalid.

Should you be charged for an item/parcel and you haven’t received this, then query this immediately, as after 90 days, a query will not be accepted.
Do you deliver items worldwide?
Unfortunately, we are only able to deliver our products to addresses with a UK postcode (including validated BFPO addresses).
Do you offer Stated Day delivery?
Yes, you can have many items delivered on a day that is suitable to you, with your choice of before or after 1pm delivery (AM or PM) for a £5.99 delivery charge.

Products available on Stated Day delivery are the ones that show as being available on Next Day delivery. To see all products that are available on Next Day/Stated Day delivery click here for details.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT DELIVERIES IN THE LONDON AREA DURING THE 2012 OLYMPICS AND PARALYMPICS.

Some customers may experience slight delivery delays due to the areas which are impacted by the 2012 London Olympic and Paralympics Games.
Over the period of the Games, our delivery company expect services to be disrupted by the enforced road access restrictions and closures around the Olympic venues in London in particular, and the road network as a whole across central London.

Please be assured that our couriers will do everything they can to maximise service and minimise disruption through the affected period.

For affected areas, Next Day Delivery and Stated Day Delivery will not be available during this time.

Please note that there will be no deliveries to the Olympic Village and Westfield during this time.

Please bear in mind collections will be affected similarly, and any delays will be taken into account when calculating the returns approval period.

Can I manage my account online?
You can manage your account online by clicking on 'My Account' and logging in. This will allow you to check your order status and make payments to your account 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
How do I change my account details?
You can update your personal details via My Account, simply login and select the Personal Details option. Please Note changes to the account holder's name cannot be made online. If you need to do this please call Customer Services on 08719 773 365 (calls cost 10p per minute from BT landlines).
What does 'Remember Me' do?
'Remember Me' is a feature that makes it even easier to shop with us. It allows us to recognise you when you come back to the website meaning that you don't need to give use your e-mail address or account number again. We will still ask you for your password to ensure that your account details remain secure.
What if I forget my password?
Should you forget your password, click on the 'forgotten password' link. You will be prompted to enter your account number or email address. You will then be asked the answer to the security question you chose when you registered. If you pass this security check, you will be able to reset your password.
Why do I have an account number?
Once you've placed your first order we will automatically create an account number for you, this unique number will be used to identify you when you place future orders or log into your account.
Can I track the progress of my order?
You can track the progress of your order via My Account. You can check the status of your last 30 orders & track their progress through our courier network.
Does my discount show on online orders?
All valid discount codes will be applied to your order online, codes need to be applied on the 'Confirm Your Order' page and deductions will be applied and show on your order confirmation email.

Please note Promotional Offer Codes unless otherwise stated do not apply to delivery charges and sale items. Please note we cannot apply offers without a code or add them to your order at a later date.
How do I cancel an order?
Should you change your mind about part or all of your order, you can cancel it by logging into 'My Account'. Select 'Order History' and you will be able to cancel part or all of your order as required.

Please Note: An order must be cancelled BEFORE it is dispatched by us, otherwise you will need to return unwanted goods to us through the normal returns process. Once goods have been despatched delivery charges cannot be refunded.
How do I place an order with Swimwear365?
New customers
If you are visiting our website for the first time and wish to purchase an item, then add the item to your bag and proceed to checkout. To complete your purchase select the option 'No' when asked 'Have you bought from Swimwear365 before?'. You will then be guided through our simple 4 step checkout process to set up an account and purchase your items.

You will need an active email address to set up an account, once registered your email address and password can be used to login and purchase from Swimwear365 at any time.

Existing customers
If you are an existing Swimwear365 customer then simply use your account number or email address and password to login to your account and purchase items online. You can also use these login details to manage your account online via 'My Account'.
I forgot to use my Promotional Offer Code when I placed my order. Can I still claim my discount?
Promotional codes can only be applied against qualifying orders and cannot be used once the order has been processed.

If you wish to redeem a promotional code simply make a note of the 4-digit code and enter the details when placing your order. The promotional code must be entered in the box provided on the 'Confirm Your Order' page, the relevant offer will then be displayed against your order total.

What happens once I place my order online?
Once you've submitted your order you will receive a confirmation email* detailing the items, price and delivery location of your order.

You can track the delivery progress of your order via My Account.

*This email does not constitute a contract of acceptance of your order by us, your order will be accepted by us and a contract formed when the goods are despatched to you.
Why is part of my order missing?
Sometimes items you order may not be ready for immediate dispatch if they are awaiting stock. In these cases, we will deliver the items that are in stock to you first, to be followed by the rest of your order once it has reached our warehouse. You will not be charged for any additional deliveries under these circumstances.
Will I be told if items I order are out of stock?
All the items we display on our website are in stock, if an item is not available in a particular size this will be highlighted to you at the point of order. If for any reason an item you have ordered goes out of stock before it is delivered you will be notified by email.
Will my order be delayed if any items are out of stock?
No. We will send you the items that are in stock straight away, and your other items will follow later, at no extra cost to you.
Can I pay my Swimwear365 account off by Direct Debit?
You can set up and manage Direct Debits online. It's quick and easy and means you'll never miss a payment. Simply log into My Account and click on the Direct Debit banner. You'll need your bank/building society account number and sort code. Once it is set up just sit back and relax as your monthly payments are processed automatically.
How can I pay for my goods?
You can pay for your goods using a credit or debit card. We accept Maestro, Mastercard and Visa. Alternatively, you can use Paypal when placing your order.

Or, you can also choose to spread the cost over a longer period with a Swimwear365 Personal Account. Personal Accounts are subject to acceptance and you will receive a monthly statement detailing the balance of your account, the minimum payment and payment due dates. You can apply for a Swimwear365 Personal Account when making an order with us.
What is Mastercard SecureCode?
MasterCard SecureCode is a service that lets you shop online with added confidence. During the checkout process, MasterCard SecureCode confirms your identity when you make purchases at participating online stores. It's convenient, and it works with your existing MasterCard card. Plus, MasterCard SecureCode is easy to use. You register your card just once, and create your own password. Then, when you make purchases at participating online stores, a MasterCard SecureCode window will appear. Simply enter your password and click submit. Your identity is verified and the purchase is secure.

What is Verified by Visa?
Verified by Visa is a service that lets you shop online with added confidence. During the checkout process, Verified by Visa confirms your identity when you make purchases at participating online stores. It's convenient, and it works with your existing Visa card. Plus, Verified by Visa is easy to use. You register your card just once, and create your own password. Then, when you make purchases at participating online stores, a Verified by Visa window will appear. Simply enter your password and click submit. Your identity is verified and the purchase is secure.

What is my Card Security Code?
Your card security code is a unique three-digit number printed on your debit/credit card. This number is not embossed on the card and hence not printed on receipts. This makes it difficult for anyone other than the genuine cardholder to know it. Card issuers refer to this number as the 'Card Security Code', 'Personal Security Code' or 'Card Verification Value'.

3. Put these items in the correct original packaging wherever possible. Ensure items are packed securely to prevent loss of items or any damages.
4. Put the Reason Return code onto the sticky label found on your item(s). A list can be found on the Return Reason area. Write the Return Reason code (e.g. 56) in the yellow boxes provided. Repeat this step for each item you are returning.
5. Please ensure items are packed securely and that your Returns Form is also enclosed.
6. Please complete your name and address on the Post Office label (within your parcel) or download here, cut out the label and attach it securely to the parcel.
7. Please take your parcel to your local Post Office. The Post Office will provide you with a receipt of posting which you should retain for your own records. THIS IS YOUR RECEIPT. Any missing parcel claims will not be valid if you do not have this receipt.

Can you confirm you received my return?
You can check that your return has reached us safely and is being processed by checking the returns section in the 'My Account' area of our website.
Do you charge for returns?

Late and unacceptable returns
If you return items to us after the expiry of the 14 day Approval Period and/or in an unacceptable condition, we may not refund your account. An administration charge of £4.95 for smaller items, and £12.95 for larger items will be made. We may, at our discretion, return your items to you (at a cost to you of the actual postage rate). If you send the items back to us again, or refuse to accept delivery, this will be deemed as irreversible authority for us to dispose of your goods without further notice. Disposal will not constitute any admission on our part that we have failed in any way to honour our obligations to you in full and will not constitute any unlawful action against the goods. Acceptance of a return by your courier is not deemed to be acceptance by the company. This does not affect your statutory rights.
How are refunds credited?
Any refund you receive for returned goods will be credited to the payment method used; your Swimwear365 account or your credit/debit card as appropriate. If you added the item to your Swimwear365 Personal Account the refund will be reflected in your next monthly statement. If you have a balance outstanding this, and the minimum payment amounts, will be amended. If the balance has already been paid, it will show as a credit.

Online Statements
We will send you an e-mail reminder when your statement is ready and we will provide a link to a secure area on our website to view your statement. If you fail to make payments on two consecutive statements we will revert to sending you paper statements. Once your account is up to date you will once again receive online statements.

How do I return an item safely?

Our friendly personal couriers are happy to collect your items, simply follow the simple steps below to arrange a return:

1.Please tick the item(s) that you wish to return on the Returns Form found on your delivery note.

2. Put the item(s) in their original packaging wherever possible. Ensure items are packed securely to prevent loss or damage in transit.

3. Enter the Reason Return Code onto the sticky label found on the item(s). A list of Reason Return Codes can be found on the Return Reason area on the delivery note. Write the Reason Return Code (e.g. 56) in the yellow boxes provided. Repeat this step for each item you are returning.

4. Peel off the returns label and safely attach this to the packaging you are returning the item(s) in. The returns label can be found on the delivery note. Please retain the 'confirmation of return' label for your records. If you have lost your delivery note you can access your order history by using the 'My Account' facility online. Remember to include your account number, invoice and item code number on every parcel you are returning, along with the item(s) and reason for return.

5. Arrange a courier collection by visiting My Account online and completing the simple booking form. Please ensure all returns are collected from a secure location.

6. When the courier comes to collect your parcel, you will receive a card with a bar code - THIS IS YOUR RECEIPT. Any missing parcel claims will not be valid if you do not have this receipt. If you do not receive a card quoting a bar code, please contact the Customer Services Team immediately.

How long does it take to receive a refund for returned goods?
We will process your refund as quickly as possible but in some cases this can take up to 4 weeks.
I have lost my delivery note. How do I return goods?
If you have lost your Returns form you can access your order history by using the 'My Account' facility online. Remember to include the invoice and item numbers in your parcel, along with your goods and reason for return.
What is classed as a secure place to leave a parcel for the courier to collect?
You can leave parcels with a neighbour, colleague or concierge for courier collection if you are unable to do it yourself. Alternatively you can leave parcels in an accessible cupboard, garage, greenhouse, shed, outbuilding or porch, preferably out of sight, so long as you tell the courier where they will find the parcel.

You must ensure goods are available for collection, and you must take reasonable care of them. Whilst we make every effort to collect your returns on the day specified, we cannot guarantee collection on that day, or accept liability for collections not made within this timescale.
What should I do if I cancel an order?
On cancellation you must make the goods available to us for collection, and you must take reasonable care of them. We will not consider that you have taken reasonable care of the goods if they have been used in any way, or to an extent, beyond what would be reasonable when examining goods in a shop prior to purchase.
Which items are excluded from the returns policy?
Certain goods are not supplied on our usual approval terms. These items are clearly identified on the website by this logo:

For most items you have the legal right to return your order within 7 working days after the day on which you received your goods.

However, this right does not apply to certain items such as personal products, perishable goods, and audio or video recordings or computer software which have been opened. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Late and unacceptable returns
If you return items to us after the expiry of the 14 day Approval Period and/or in an unacceptable condition, we may not refund your account. An administration charge of £4.95 for smaller items, and £12.95 for larger items will be made. We may, at our discretion, return your items to you (at a cost to you of the actual postage rate). If you send the items back to us again, or refuse to accept delivery, this will be deemed as irreversible authority for us to dispose of your goods without further notice. Disposal will not constitute any admission on our part that we have failed in any way to honour our obligations to you in full and will not constitute any unlawful action against the goods. Acceptance of a return by your courier is not deemed to be acceptance by the company. This does not affect your statutory rights.

What is Phishing?
Phishing (pronounced "fishing") is the name given to the illegal practice of sending emails that appear to come from a genuine company but are actually sent by a fraudster in an attempt to trick you into disclosing information about yourself. These emails usually ask you to update or verify your customer account information by clicking on a link that takes you to a bogus website where you are asked to enter for example your account number and password or other sensitive information. This information is then used for fraudulent purposes.

What is Malware?
Malware is an abbreviation for "malicious software" and is a term used to describe hostile, intrusive or annoying software that is installed on your computer without your consent and often without you realising it.

What are Trojans?
A Trojan horse or Trojan is software that you may have been tricked into loading and running on your computer. Often, Trojan software is used to display unwanted advertisements or uncontrollable pop-ups on your computer; however other Trojan software is more harmful and permits unauthorized remote access to your computer without your knowledge. Trojan software might also be used to record keystrokes that you enter on your keyboard e.g. account names and passwords and to send this over the internet to a fraudster. Is my data valuable?
All data is valuable but, in isolation, individual items of data are not generally valuable in their own right. The concern is that there is no way of knowing how many attacks there are globally. Criminals will obtain millions of different data items from a wide range of sources and are eventually able to run these together to assemble useable profiles for a very small number of individuals. To these criminals, this information becomes very valuable indeed and it is these individuals who are at most risk from identity theft and financial crime. Owing to the nature of such crimes, it is generally not possible to apportion blame for a crime against an individual to a specific incident or security breach.

I use my credit card / debit card to pay for my purchases. Should I be concerned?
No. You can be assured that we have robust systems in place to prevent unauthorised access. Because we comply with the Payment Card Industry's guidelines, you are also protected no matter which method you use to place your order.

Do I ever need to change the password for my online account?

What is your data protection policy?

We will make searches about you at credit reference agencies who will supply us with credit information, as well as information from the Electoral Register. The agencies will record details of the search, whether or not credit is granted. We may use credit-scoring methods to assess your application and to verify your identity. Credit searches and other information which is provided to us and/or the credit reference agencies, about you and those with whom you are financially linked, may be used by us and other companies if credit decisions are made about you or other members of your household. This information may also be used for debt tracing and the prevention of money laundering as well as the management of your account.

What is a Personal Account?
A Personal Account is our flexible credit offer that lets you choose to pay for your purchases in full or spread your payments over a number of months for greater flexibility.

There is a 14 days home approval period plus a further 14 days to make any due payments, with various ways to pay including Direct Debit.

Each month you will receive an email letting you know when your statement has been processed and is available to view, which you can then manage online via secure access to your Personal Account 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

What are the Terms & Conditions of a Personal Account?
Please take a moment to read this as it is your record of our terms and conditions.
A Swimwear365 Personal Account will be set up so you have the option of paying off the amount in full or spreading your payments. Send no money now.

You can purchase any item from our collections using your Personal Account.

Once you have opened a Personal Account you will be sent a statement each month showing the minimum payment required and your current balance.

The minimum payment is 5% of your outstanding balance, subject to a £5 minimum.

Swimwear365 will accept, in full satisfaction of all sums due, payment of the total cash price within 28 days of despatch.

Your first statement will be sent fourteen days after despatch. You have a further 14 days to clear the balance in full. If you pay using this option you will not be charged any interest.

All Swimwear365 credit accounts are only available to persons aged 18 years or over.

Please ensure that the minimum payment shown on your statement reaches us by the date due each month.

An interest charge, equivalent to a monthly rate of 2.529p in the pound (representative 34.9% APR variable), will be charged on a daily basis until the outstanding balance on the account is paid in full. This will be added to the account monthly on the statement date and will be applied from the second statement on which there is a balance.

Representative example: Amount of credit £200. Interest rate 34.9% p.a. Interest charged £143.29 (assuming minimum payment). Representative 34.9% APR variable.

Should it be necessary to amend the credit charge we will give at least 28 days notice in writing.

If you fall behind with your payments, we reserve the right to impose an administration charge of £12 to cover the cost of any action we may take. You can choose to withdraw from the agreement by telling us in writing or by phone within 14 days of the commencement of the agreement.

If you still wish to keep the goods, you will be required to pay the cash price of the goods plus accrued interest within 30 days.

How do I make payments on my Personal Account and can I pay in full?

All Personal Account customers will be sent a statement reminder each month by email, detailing the balance of their account, the minimum payment amount and due date.

Should you decide to pay more than the minimum instalment, you will be able to pay off your balance more quickly.

Simply quote your pin number (which you will find on your statement), your card number, its expiry date, the issue number and the amount you want to pay.

We will send you an e-mail reminder when your statement is ready, and we will provide a link to a secure area on our website to view your statement. If you fail to make payments on two consecutive statements we will send you a paper statement informing you that you are in arrears. Once your account is up to date, you will once again receive online statements

2. By Direct Debit:

Online: Use the 'My Account' section of our website to set-up or amend regular direct debit payments. You can also manage your account and review your balance; it's a fully secure service and all your transactions are confidential.

By Phone: If you have a bank account you can pay your minimum monthly payment or full balance by direct debit. Simply call our customer service line on 08719 773 365 (calls cost 10p per minute from BT landlines); the operator will need your account number and your bank details. You can also choose to set-up direct debit payments through the 'My Account' section of the website.
What happens if my application for a Personal Account is declined?

We work with a small number of selected companies who may be able to help you find alternative sources of credit, including loans and credit cards, or help and advice with debt management. If your application for credit with us is declined we may provide contact details for these companies in our communications and/or if we think these companies may be able to help with your particular circumstances we may pass your details onto them to enable them to contact you using the contact means you have provided (including email, telephone, mail, SMS, text and / or fax). Disposal of electrical waste products

In the UK there is an obligation to minimise the disposal of Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) in domestic waste and encourage recycling, recovery and environmentally sound disposal.

Do your prices include VAT?
Yes, all the prices you see online inc VAT unless otherwise stated. VAT is charged at 20% as of 4th January 2011.

1. To enter, participants must submit their contact details via the Swimwear365 site or alternatively via the Swimwear365 Facebook page.
